Items will generally be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving payment for your order. Should dispatch of your order not be possible within this timeframe, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping date.
Items will be delivered by courier and must be delivered to a physical address. You will be provided with tracking details for your items once dispatch is confirmed. We are unable to ship items to post office boxes.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved directly with the courier company and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.pettrotters.com.au.
www.pettrotters.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase with a valid reason for return and we will arrange for the return of the item(s) and replacement item(s) to be dispatched if applicable.
Where replacement item(s) are to be dispatched, you will be required to cover the the cost of returning the original item(s) to www.pettrotters.com.au and shipping the replacement item(s) to you, with the exception of replacing defective items or to correct a mistake by www.pettrotters.com.au.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days by the same method that you made payment and will exclude the cost of shipping the item(s) each way unless the return is deemed to be due to an error by www.pettrotters.com.au. N.B. The cost of courier return to www.pettrotters.com.au may exceed the initial shipping costs charged at time of purchase.
